Steps to reproduce

Open browser and tap on the Menu/Add-ons
Inspect the edges of the add-ons icon

Expected behavior

Icon's edges are gray as it is in nightly.

Actual behavior

Icon's edges are black.

Device information

Android device: Google Pixel 3XL (Android 9)
Reference Browser version: RB: 1.0.2035 (Build #22390611 GV: 81.0a1-20200820093209)

Note: At the moment it does not impact Nightly. Verified on build Nightly 8/26
