Steps to reproduce

Open a page with audio content
Open the system notification
Tap pause/play

Expected behavior

Properly displayed media notification

Actual behavior

Blank notification or missing media controls after pause/play

Device information

Android device:
• Google Pixel 3a (Android 11)
• Google Pixel 2 (API 28, Android 9)
Reference Browser version: Master 8/18
