As our default tracking protection policies are aligned with desktop, the standard setting (recommended) is not blocking content just cookies as a result, this ad doesn't get blocked. If you try the same on FireFox nightly Desktop and Firefox Preview Nightly you will see the same behavior.

To switch between Default (Recommended) and strict tracking protection policies on desktop. Hit the shield icon and select the "Protection Settings" option

There you will see, the options to switch between policies.

The same can be done on Firefox Preview Nightly, under "Settings" -> "Enhanced Tracking Protection".

In both browsers you will see that with the standard policy the ad is not blocked and with the strict policy the content is blocked.

Right now reference browser doesn't have a way to switch policies and has the standard policy(the recommended) as default. While Fenix has a more stronger policy (strict) by default but this could cause more breakage. Should are RB use the strict policy like Fenix? cc: @st3fan
