Steps to reproduce

  1. Install via PlayStore: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.reference.browser
  2. Open "Mozilla Reference Browser" app.

Expected behavior

  • App opens.

Actual behavior

Device information

  • Android device: different devices (at least FairPhone 2, running Android-8.1/LineageOS-15.1 with Magisk-Root and XPosed)
  • Reference Browser version: As of 2019-12-13 from PlayStore.

Thanks for filing. It looks like the GV engineers are already on top of this. For the sake of the ticket, this is the relevant bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1604056
