Create a profile for the Resources Reps

Resources Reps would need to get trained in order to join the Track. We need to identify what are the skills a Resources Reps should have in order to be eligible to request resources

In that document I've listed the responsibilities of a Resources Rep on 3 main buckets.
Feedback are welcome.
Based on that and based on the feedback that have been provided on the Resources Survey we will write down the training needs for the Resources track
