about:addons' Discovery page should have a search box

I remember this being an intentional decision (could only find #127). @pwalm, do you remember why it was taken out?

(From my expectation as a user it should be consistent and rather the exact same search box as on the Addons tab of about:addons which would have to be implemented in Firefox itself, or not?)

I think the reason we removed search was that it wasn't very good. I'll speak with Emanuela and see if her plans for management in the browser include search.

I'm going to wontfix this on the basis that the disco pane is moving into the client. I'll leave it up to @brassy and @pwalm to take this into consideration for that implementation.
