The bugs to triage email contains a link to bugzilla like this. Opening it in bugzilla it shows that it will contain only the components of the bugs that were in the email at the time the email was generated, not all components the triage owner should take care of. If things change by the time the user clicks and relys on the result, they may not be aware of new entries on other components.
