Once mozilla/bugbug#4172 is resolved, we should use the new model to move bugs from the Fenix:General component to other Fenix components.

The model should be integrated as part of the component rule and should be utilized in the following two scenarios:

  • When the component model classifies a bug into Fenix:General component.
  • When the component model is not moving a bug already in the Fenix:General to another Fenix component.
