Can't create new badge on staging #150

I get a blank screen when I try to create a new badge at https://badges.allizom.org/en-US/badges/create . May be same issue as https://github.com/lmorchard/django-badger/issues/143 .

FWIW, this is a known (at least by me) issue on mozilla dev & staging. There's a private IT bug filed to try to get it resolved.

This hopefully shouldn't be happening on production (badges.mozilla.org)
