Build:

  • Stage;

Affected Platforms:

  • Windows 10;

Browsers tested on:

  • Firefox, Release version;

Prerequisites:

  • Be signed in into a Premium Firefox Relay account;
  • Be on the “available phone number masks” screen;

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Type a location or area code in the search field displayed;
  2. Press Enter and observe the results;
  3. Click on the “Show me other options” link and observe the results;
  4. Click on the “Send code” button and observe the results;

Expected result:

  • The user should be able to choose from the suggested phone number masks;

Actual result:

  • Typing a location or area code does not offer suggestions;
  • Pressing enter does not return any suggestions for the phone number mask;
  • Clicking on the “Show me other options” link does not return any suggestions either;
  • Clicking on the “Send code” button doesn’t do anything;

Notes:

  • As indicated by Luke, this might be a problem with restrictive suggestions based on the real phone number introduced;
  • There were no suggestions listed from the beginning;
  • Clicking on the “Show me other options” link or pressing enter with a location entered also returned a 400 “This field may not be blank” error.
  • See attached media:
