Import changes made at hapi

hapi released subsequent versions of this library, so let's import those changes.

What changes are you referring to? I'm not aware of anything published that didn't come from this repo.

@hueniverse sorry to keep bugging you, but do you happen to have an idea where I could find historical changelog information? The deleted changelog file says to look at issues, but there are no issues with the "release-notes" label. For my own purposes, I'm interested in the changes v7 -> v8 but finding the whole set of changes would be great..

The changelog was auto generated from issue. You can find all the info by looking at the closed issued. They are all assigned a version number so it is easy to see what was changed in each release.
