Expected behavior
The PDF updates if the slides are changed while inspecting

Additional thoughts
Because this mechanic is used for presentations, I feel like this is probably the right behavior - however, it might be somewhat confusing if you were inspecting a specific element and it changed unexpectedly.

Other thoughts?
