Creating room from inside a room takes us to homepage

Browser:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://hubs.mozilla.com/
2. Create a room
3. Now press Create A Room button
4. We see a warning that - creating a new room will leave this room
5. Press on Leave and Create Room button

Actual Result:
Creating room from inside a room takes user to homepage.

Expected Result:
Creating room from inside a room should take user to the room creation process. Or if this was the intended user journey, then the button Leave and Create Room should be called Leave and Go to home to create new Room
