Decide how to integrate contribution dashboards into mozbadges

While people are logged in and issuing contributor badges it's a great time to connect up this user action to the context of the wider contributor tracking/growth goals, and provide positive feedback.

The data from mozbadges will add to the overall dashboards, but can't generate a full contributor graph on it's own.

How should we integrate contribution dashboards into mozbadges?

1. At it's simplest level, this could be a link out to the Mozilla contributor dashboards.
2. Slightly more complex could be embedding the Mozilla dashboards into the UX.
3. Full integration could include knowing what team a user is in and displaying a relevant dashboard to them.

What this will look like is subject to the updated UX for badges.m.o, but I think we can decide on how this can work. I propose:

• extend http://areweamillionyet.org and the data source behind this to expose embeddable dashboards, and raw numbers like total active contributors. Doing so is useful for this, and other other projects related to growing Mozilla. (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1012586)
• This will enable badges.m.o to show contributor dashboards either for the whole org, or at a team level.

There will be some mapping to connect the badges.m.o UX to this, for example when a user logs in, do we know their team? Do they pick their team? Or is team related to the badge they are currently issuing or working on.
