Purchase Order.pdf

Configuration:

  • Tested in firefox stable 92, beta 93, and nightly 94
  • Windows 10
  • Is not a browser extension
  • The pdf.js version is the one that comes with firefox stable 92. 2.11 I believe is the version.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Open in firefox and see how it doesn't work. I have attached above the pdf I used for this issue.

What is the expected behavior? (add screenshot)
In chrome, the forms have proper drop down for the most part. This doesn't happen with firefox.

What went wrong? (add screenshot)
The forms doesn't work in firefox. The drop down menu for example is blank.
