Please implement (continuous) facing pages layout in Firefox / pdf.js, because users with high resolution screens (e.g. those with 2560x1440) have plenty of space for reading in facing pages mode.

I'm assuming that this is a duplicate of issues such as: #590, #1475 and #2376.

Sorry, I swear I've searched beforehand - but only for variations of "facing pages". Stupid little me, that I didn't thought of "two pages". Again, I'm sorry for not searching more.
