We should discuss whether "CA operator" or "CA owner" is the most appropriate term to use in the Mozilla Root Store Policy.

I still prefer the term "Trust Service Provider" as defined in https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_en/319400_319499/319401/02.03.01_60/en_319401v020301p.pdf chapter 3.1 / https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32014R0910&from=EN#d1e791-73-1 instead of the ad-hoc definitions we have in BRs/CCADB/Mozilla Policy.

Maybe align with the term the new CA/B Definitions Workgroup chooses?

Great - I think it has been assigned to that WG. We'll see what the outcome is.
