zombie toolbox becomes stuck open if B2G crashes and connection times out

@ochameau I added this test app with a bad appcache manifest to my Dashboard:

When I press the Connect button to connect to it, and the Dashboard starts the Simulator, the B2G process crashes, after which the remote debugger connection times out. But the toolbox opens before the crash occurs, and clicking its X button doesn't close it, while connecting to another app opens a second toolbox:

Closing and reopening the Dashboard makes the zombie toolbox go away, so it isn't a major issue, but the toolbox still shouldn't get stuck in the open state, even if B2G crashes.

I think a similar issue is happening to me. When I start the simulator, the toolbox is opened and when I click on close button, the toolbox still opened without the menu and close button.

At the image, I have two toolboxs opened, one with inspector options and the other after click on close button.

I already tried to reinstall simulator and even the firefox, but the problem still occurs.
