[Mobile][IOS] Files larger than 100 MB cannot be are uploaded using the Safari mobile browser #1507

[Affected versions]:

  • Safari for IOS 13.5.1
  • Safari for IOS 12.4.6
  • Firefox for IOS 27.0 (18428)

[Affected Platforms]:

  • IOS 13.5.1 (iPhone 7+, iPhone Xr)
  • IOS 12.4.6 (iPhone 5s)

[Prerequisites]:

[Steps to reproduce]:

  1. Tap the “Select files to upload” button.
  2. Select a file larger than 100 MB.
  3. Tap the “Upload” button.
  4. Observe what happens.

[Expected result]:

  • The “Your file is encrypted and ready to share” card is displayed.

[Actual result]:

  • The "Something went wrong" card is displayed.
