No error is shown for missing or wrong fragment

STR:

1. Upload a file to Send.
2. Copy the URL link.
3. Paste it into the address bar and change/remove the fragment (part after #).
4. Hit enter.
5. On the download page, click Download.
6. The download finishes, but not download dialog is shown, as the decryption fails silently for the user, with and error in JS console in download.js:5:1

TypeError: (destructured parameter) is undefined

There should be a clear message that the download/decryption fails (and maybe the file should stay on the server, as the download failed).
