Divide this repo into a boilerplate template and an example shield study

I'd love to see this repo as clean as possible, with only placeholders for what a shield study engineer needs to fill in / build upon.
This way, the workflow can truly be forking this repo and immediately start building on your own extension without first having to remove unrelated code and common shield documentation. This in turn makes code review easier, since the diffs are not convulated with removed example study code.
The example shield study should be based on this template, but in a separate repository.
