Request for Mozilla Position on support for a not-yet-shipped part of an existing web specification

The changes have originally been approved / developed in the CSS WG process already. As we're considering shipping this feature, we'd like to know if Mozilla is considering implementing support as well.

Just FTR, the spec has evolved so that the function is now named tech(<font-technology>) (rather than supports).

In my opinion, we should support this -- and indeed, code to implement it recently landed in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1715546.

@tantek Any concerns here, or can we just close this with a favorable comment?

@jfkthame I took a look and no particular concerns.

I’ll label this worth-prototyping since it’s only in a Working Draft currently.

Since @emilio reviewed the code/tests, I’ll leave it up to him to review this too and close accordingly.
