Describe the bug
The "tags" list generated (when starting to search inside the "Add a tag" field for a particular question) is not organized alphabetically making the wanted tag to be hard to find (especially if the list is big)

Preconditions
Sign in with your FxA account.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Submit a question via the AAQ flow.
  2. Input something inside the "Add a tag" field (ex: "an").

Expected behavior
The list of returned items are alphabetically ordered.

Actual behavior
The list of returned items is not ordered alphabetically.
