What is the current behavior?

web-ext run will let you test an extension on Firefox desktop.

What is the expected or desired behavior?

It would be nice to type web-ext run --remote-firefox=X.X.X.X:9001 (see #521) on your desktop work station to test the extension in Firefox for Android on your phone.

This depends on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1305143
