A resolution was made for csswg-drafts/#7143.

[css-images-4] object-* properties and the iframe element

RESOLVED: Force iframe/object/embed/any other scriptable document-embedding element to object-overflow: clip !important; via UA rule

To file a bug automatically for these resolutions, add the bug label to the issue.

If no bug is needed, the issue can be closed.
