The script should be for general use

We should create the code to be able to reuse it by other people using semantic mediawiki pages, so the settings file should have variables for with feeds to load and what data to fetch, also where to look for the email.

@ccarruitero Not exactly, we need to abstract more the script, so the config file should contain where to look for the info and what fields to extract. Maybe this is a job that need more time and shouldn't be tied to milestone 2.0
