Hardware

  • Oculus Quest 2 running Firefox Reality 12.2
  • Windows 64-bit running Firefox 92.0

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Following the (admittedly old) article found at https://blog.mozvr.com/remote-debugging-firefox-reality/
  2. Get ADB & everything connected, Firefox 92.0 (WIndows) successfully detects Firefox Reality 12.2 (Quest 2) on the same WiFi network and it appears as a button called "Quest 2 Mozilla Nightly" on the left side of the about:debugging page.
  3. Click that button and I'm taken to a page detailing the version of Mozilla Nightly running on the Quest 2. It also feature the following warning panel at the top of the page:

The connected browser has an old version (81.0a1). The minimum supported version is (90.0a1). This is an unsupported setup and may cause DevTools to fail. Please update the connected browser.

Current Behavior

Can't debug Mozilla Reality on my Quest 2.

Expected Behavior

I wanna debug Mozilla Reality on my Quest 2.

Hi,
You must use an older version of FF to make it works. You can find good one here :
