Add option to ignore common words, keywords, set names, etc

Right now the autoTagger will tag anything at all that's a card name, even if it's more likely that it's being used in another context. For example it will tag the "Web" in "World Wide Web". A way to ignore common dictionary words would be nice.

Similarly, there are lots of card names that are also keywords, set names, or other Magic terms. (e.g. "Suspend", "Conflux") A way to turn off automatic tags on all of those would be nice too.
