Option to choose the desired video quality (medium video quality for smooth playback)

I am exploring and testing our so beloved Mpc-qt and it is a wonderfully wonderful media player that is exceptional and light and economical in battery energy resources and above all very powerful! Thank you so much !

because i have tested many famous media players and other less famous open source video players which have yt-dlp support and they fail to play videos from russian sites although i have talked to the devs to fix the problem but these video players fail to update these videos!

but the revolutionary fordmidable mpc-qt is one of the very few media players and almost the only video player in the whole world that can play those videos from important Russian sites which contain a lot of streamig videos without any problem! bravo, we are so happy and very grateful for this magnificent achievement!

and so I have a request please: add a video preset or an option or a button on the main interface of mpc-qt which gives us the possibility to choose the video quality because often on youtube and on streaming sites, it there is a lot of quality and video offered and sometimes the internet connection becomes very weak when the family connects to it and to avoid jerks and freezes and for smoother playback, we would like to choose the standard video quality 480p or 360p instead of the HD, as well as choosing only the audio streams of the youtube video to save bandwidth and battery when you just want to listen to the video, or adding a video preset "always play the video with medium video quality".... . Thanks a lot !
