Generated build module marked Sources folders

Is it possible to configure the folders of the sbt build module which are generated marked as Sources in IDEA under Project Structure -> Modules -> the SBT build module -> Sources ?

By default the . and project are marked as sources which causes 2 warnings on make build from IDEA as mentioned here: http://stackoverflow.com/q/22119869/750216

It would be useful to either generate the build module with no folders marked as Sources or a way to specify which folders are marked as sources, for example project/src/main/scala if build.scala was placed there.
