GitLab uses Sidekiq for it's batch jobs. I'm rewriting it's init-script and because of that I'm wondering if there is a way to signal Sidekiq to reload it's configuration files without stoppind and restarting sidekiq?

Not today and probably not any time soon. I'll consider this a dupe of #1137 and close.
