Made some further updates - this should now be complete (hopefully) - please review

For @wgropp : one open question that I had and that I could not find in the instr.pdf - when should we use \error vs. \errormain?

xxxmain should be used at the main (singular) definition point. Not all error classes have obvious locations where they are defined, so in that case either pick one or only use \error

OK, thanks - I checked and the three classes marked with errormain are only used/defined here, so that should fit

May be, but it failed a reading before (not sure anymore why) and it touches a bit more than just word exchanges - that's why I am cautious. I would suggest to read it and if people agree with CC only, then let's merge
