Nathan thinks we need to types of functions to get info about sessions and psets.

  • MPI_Session_get_info would return a copy of the info supplied by the app in MPI_Session_init
  • MPI_Session_get_pset_info would return an info object with information about the pset

We should copy the verbiage from MPI_COMM_GET_INFO from the draft.
