Get rid of Review/Edit link when you're already on a review screen? (but can only do for the mobile version, won't change the desktop version)

See ILAO's code for this.

Also, consider making it a button like they do.

Would we ever want to use ONLY a button at the bottom instead of using the link in the nav panel on desktop?
