Making document screenshots bigger

By default on desktops, our images of the court forms are the same size as A2J's are, and on mobile the site is easy to zoom in on. However, there's not an easy way to zoom in on desktop, and small screens, the default images will be smaller. Not sure how to address, but it should be flagged.

This seems like a broader issue and not one that needs to hold up this particular interview, transferring from child support interview to the framework repo.
