Sorry  had hit enter button by accident. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use jaxb-xew-plugin and jaxb-fluent-api-ext at the same time.


What is the expected output? 
no method generated for xml wrapper element class removed by jaxb-xew-plugin.

What do you see instead?
Generated method not compiling because classes removed by jaxb-xew-plugin.


What version of the product are you using? 
0.0.3

On what operating system?
Windows
