Fidus Book Style - Manual001

A Book Style intended for upload to Fidus Writer.

Style name: Manual001

Example use: A Manual Style - Sample Content

Use: The style is intended for manuals, handbooks, guides, etc.

Note: The style is configured for document typesetting and not book typesetting, meaning the is no extra space for verso and recto gutter (binding space) and folios are arranged for document style.

  • CSS files
  • Fonts
  • Images (Logo)
  • Sample content Fidus Writer source files (optional)

About the style

Publication layout design style is based on CSS Template from Interpunct – full stack graphic design, Interpunct.dev. GNU General Public License (GPLv3).

Fonts

Fonts for this style are Arial system fonts.

Translations

The style has been set in English. Currently this mean two document labels are hard coded. These are:

  • Table of Contents
  • Page (Page number labels)

To change these to Inhaltsverzeichnis and Blatt, for exmaple in Germna, these need to change in the CSS and a separate style made for that language.
