What version of ComicTagger are you using?

Latest

On what operating system (Mac, Linux, Windows)? What version?

Mac

GUI or command line?

GUI

What steps will reproduce the problem?

It seems like running auto-tag a second time will requery Comicvine, even for
files that have been previously tagged (either the folder was reopened, or they
were manually tagged, or auto-tagging got stuck, which it seems to do, so they
weren't removed from the list). So it would be nice when opening a folder to
have the option of skipping all the files that are already tagged (or once the
list is populated, of dropping from the list all the files that have tags).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
