Help please |
You might also try these unofficial windows binaries for both 32-bit and 64-bit: |
If you want to build it yourself, follow the directions in the README. |
I used this one TA_Lib‑0.4.19‑cp39‑cp39‑win_amd64.whl. When I Pip Install Talib it confirms that is installed. But when I enter in Pycharm and add te command "import talib" it don't work. I don't understand what is happenning. |
No you didn’t.
Your logs show you did “pip install ta-lib” which is not the same as
installing from that wheel.

Probably you have to:
pip install TA_Lib‑0.4.19‑cp39‑cp39‑win_amd64.whl
And make sure that the pip you are using is for the Python version you want
to use.

It is possible your pip and your Python are not linked.
Try using “python3 -m pip install” which makes sure to run pip with your
chosen Python instance.
This happens sometimes if you have multiple pythons installed.

Well if it works from the command line then it’s installed properly. If it doesn’t work in PyCharm then check the configuration of your Python interpreter in PyCharm. It’s probably a different Python.
