transfering after jumping when chaining commands

It seems this doesn't work when chaining commands and you want to transfer to a ship not at your current location.
I want to tell my ship to "mine>jump to another location>transfer to another ship>jump again>mine>..."

When I select the transfer option while holding shift I get a list of all the other ships at the ships current location where it is mining, not the location it will be at after the jump...
