Roll out hard coded social/site owner details into something configurable

Owing to ghost not supporting much customisation of personal sites/profiles beyond Facebook/Twitter, a lot of items on Stratos are currently hardcoded to me. Some way of allowing configuration of the currently hardcoded things would be useful. It may require re-gulping, but that's an advantage over the current output.

Also releases that allow customisation should ship a beige version without the custom fields for basic users that would struggle with gulp or whatever power configuration features would exist.
