Loading .csscomb.json from above the directory where package.json doesn't work

I'm too lazy to fill out the sections, but I thought I'd note that if you install the latest version of this plugin with a .csscomb.json file above the directory where node_modules and package.json are, the plugin doesn't work, but running csscomb from a terminal does. If you move .csscomb.json into the same directory as node_modules and package.json, it works.
