In Debug-IefPolicies verify correct metadata keys and names are used, e..g. x-functions-key for REST secured with ApiKeyheader , ClaimTypeOnwhichToEnable (does it exist?), etc.

Perhaps do it just for those expecting enumerations, e.g. Delete vs DeleteClaimsPrincipal value was not caught.
