It would be nice to be able to solve a 1-point perspective. Obviously, an undistorted rectangle would not work.

The 1-point perspective calibration is implemented. Either

  • the focal length or
  • the dimensions of the rectangle

must be given for meaningful results. The calibration affects

  • the focal length
  • the camera position
  • the camera angle (either along y- or z-direction)
  • the camera shift (x and y)

You can find the changes on the devel branch. If you find any bugs, please let me know. When they are fixed, I can release it officially.
