Use ~/.cache or similar for downloading youtube-dl #3

Currently, youtube-dl-gui downloads youtube-dl in the home folder which is not exactly nice. Maybe you can set it so it's saved under ~/.cache/youtube-dl/ or something like that.

Fixed. Now youtube-dlG asks the user on start up (first time only) where he/she wants to save the update files. You can also find a new tab on Options>Update where you can specify update options.
*** Before running the new youtube-dlG remove your old settings file *** <-- I will also fix this.

Thank you! It's better but confusing I'd say. Why not save it in ~/.cache/youtube-dl/ or ~/.local/share/youtube-dl-gui/ or something like that?
