A 2-2 multisig so you can do some 2FA. However, there is also a refund tx that allows users to access the funds after some set time in case servers go down or the service stops
Maybe some sort of account control where it requires the second account to say yes or no unless some set amount of time passes?
The second account can try and help recover funds if the first account losses their passphrase. Maybe if the first account has no activity for 45 days(current limit I believe for something like this), the second account can request a funds move, which still waits 45 days for the first account to say yes or no
