All text services

Add all text services to the FM water mate text service dialogue would make them more accessible via the key the hot key.

This requires each function to be implemented in JavaScript.

Add Shortcut keys

Bring the fmAutoMate-Services dialog in line with the fmAutoMate extended hot key dialog.
