Problem

Objective: Able to manually create an WARP Box we can SSH into.

Requirements

Get WARP Box on Google Cloud's Google Compute Engine (GCE):

  • Create service account for packer to build WARP on GCE.
  • Build WARP on googlecompute builder.
    • use GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS for authentication via service account JSON.
  • Suffix VM image name with development when built from non-main branch
