Doesn't work on WIndows 11

Not sure what it is, already ran CHADdeps, and everytime I run CHADdeps it seems to reinstall things again. I installed Python using scoop, on my linux machine it works fine, it's just on Windows. After using CHADdeps it says I can now use the CHAD command to open but it does not work returning an exit code of 1.
Also tried installing CHADtree's dependencies outside of neovim but doesn't work still.

Something else is that looking at pip list shows all of the requirements CHADtree uses
