ABC iView Downloader for OSX/Linux

Added numbers to the path listings, removed the need for typing in path/filename.

Added functionality to be able to run directly from the finder, rather than having to execute from terminal.
Changed rtmpdump to version 1.6.

Tested on 10.5.7. Thanks to sge and Andybotter.

Doesn't match feature parity with SGE's window's batch script... yet.
